MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & COMMUNITY COMMITMENTS
1. Age Requirement: I confirm that I am 23 years of age or older.
2. Nature of Membership: I understand that this membership is not a gym, spa, coworking space, or short-term service, but participation in a values-led community rooted in presence, respect, and contribution.
3. Shared Home & Responsibility: I understand that Wonderland is a shared home, and I take responsibility for how my actions, behaviour, and presence affect the space, the staff, and other members.
4. Respect for Property: I will treat the Wonderland property and facilities with care and respect, as if they were my own.
5. Respect for People: I will treat all Wonderland staff, members, and guests with kindness, consideration, and respect at all times.
6. Community Participation & Communication: I understand that being part of the Wonderland community includes participation in shared communication spaces, including the WhatsApp membership group “Key to Wonderland”.
7. Access Limitations: I understand that if there is a full villa rental or private booking, I may not be able to use the facilities during that time.
8. Values & Community Alignment: I understand that membership is based on alignment with Wonderland’s values and community spirit, and that continued access depends on respectful, participatory, and non-entitled behaviour, not solely on payment.
9. Long-Term Intent: I understand that Wonderland is designed for long-term belonging, not short-term use, and that I am joining with the intention to participate in and support the community, rather than simply consume its offerings.
10. Membership Review & Removal: I understand that if I consistently act in ways that conflict with the community spirit, values, or agreements outlined above, my membership may be reviewed and may be ended with notice.
